  1. Democrats had Pelosi as speaker and had the tie breaker in the Senate. Biden could have used Congress or even used an executive order and didn't. SVB failed from it's pandering, a look at who they donated to and gave loans to shows it wasn't regulation. SVB would've failed regardless of political party in power.
