  4.  @Windsingerful  governor's don't make the laws, neither do mayors. There is a legislative branch. Personally, we could adopt Japan's masking guidelines. If sick, wear one.

  5.  @markm5677  read the side of the mask box, it doesn't protect against covid.. Honesty would work, if sick then wear a mask. People don't cover their mouth when sneezing or coughing so everyone has to wear the mask now.
