  1. Conservatives believe in self reliance, they are anti-society, which means they don't want to have the responsibility of dealing with the issues of those around them. They want to set themselves up in a bubble and just look after themselves. They don't want the icky hassle of their friends and family getting upset and expressing the need for help from others. It's the usual conservative dream of an atomised and selfish society.
