  1. This is great to see. The other great thing about Bernie is that he doesn't make a big play with socially liberal issues (abortion, gun control, LGBT issues, immigration etc) which really put off some working class people in traditional communities. His trick is that he knows that social justice flows from true economic justice, so he doesn't need to signal social liberal issues to appear left. On the flipside, centrist Democrats try to substitute socially liberal signalling for true leftist policy - because they are not truly on the left! They are just socially liberal economic right wingers.
