This guy is definitely out there, but I did watch quite a lot of Pakman once upon a time, and he has zero clue about the climate and ecological emergency. He flies all the time without thinking and, given most of his show is Trump bashing, he spends very little time talking about climate. Sorry to be that guy but it is the biggest issue we face, by a long way, and its incredibly urgent. If you think the IRA is the answer, I have really bad news for you. The amount of change we need is way bigger than BAU capitalism can deliver. Liberals like David reeeally don't want to talk about it seriously. Just a reality check. Climate anxiety is a thing and with good reason. I think that is the root of this guy's seeming mania.

@TheThoughtfulTraveler Where do you put Pakman because I don't think of him as left. He is pro capitalist for a start. He is pretty solidly center left. But he ducks big structural issues like climate because capitalism doesn't have the answers.
