  1.  @allykhan8594 if you tax assets in the U.K. it doesn't matter if they leave. It's very hard to take houses, offices, companies and other assets with you when you leave. Switzerland has wealth taxes. It still has more than its fair share of wealthy people.

  3. @ there are more rich people in the UK than ever. Also, note what happened when Abramovich left. The government effectively confiscated Chelsea FC! If you have your wealth in British assets then the U.K. government can tax them.
