  13.  @Adrian-Sko  - Salaries are low so the labour needed for construction is cheaper - Land value is low - Taxes are low - Landlords and house owners are desperate to sell so you have more supply than demand Despite all of that they have the lowest birth rate in Europe and the highest emigration rate and the highest death rate compared to birth rate

Sweden and France have lower fertility rates than Romania Bulgaria and Georgia It's not about immigrants and social security Finland has social security and high living standards as high as Sweden but has fertility rate lower than Poland What they don't have compared to Sweden is immigrants from outside EU
