There's no biological infertility The reason for declining birth rates is cultural and social but because Europe and America fill the gaps in their demographics with young migrants they don't change or feel the need to reform their societies hich keeps the problem ongoing for centuries (if not thousands of years) to come Meanwhile Japan and China are heading towards demographic collapse which will take decades or at least 200 years before natural selection forces them to change and reform
