Haiti throughout its history tried to destroy the Dominican republic yet Haiti is failed miserable state while Dominican republic is stable and doing better although it's still 3rd world country

@jasonhaven7170 Haiti agreed to pay the debt in exchange of French recognition and access to global trade Dominican republic was never French republic but they had to pay high price to get independent from Spain then another war of independence from Haiti Haiti was fine even when they were still paying the debt What screwed them was wasting their remained resources to conquer Dominican and the US occupation for 19 years

Haiti can still fix its problems but they have to stabilize their country first then fight corruption
