Ukrainian defense ministry declared 3 months ago in statement that Ukrainian army needs to recruit 10000 new soldiers every month in order to sustain the current size (That's the number of dead/permanently disabled monthly losses) that's 210000 men or 2.4% of fighting aged men in Ukraine Put in mind that the rate of casualties will grow bigger as Russia will attract with bigger numbers and weapons and that Ukraine will need to expand its army size in order to keep up with Russia and since 12.5% of fighting age men are already recruited in the army fighting units you can imagine how many men they will be sent or recruited in the army in the coming years
