  4.  @Nn-3  Canada is not a sovereign country apparently Also that's what countries do all the time so Canada is not going to be a safe heaven anyway Countries avoid those dire situations in the first place by making third parties citizens excluded from such treaties Canada shouldn't be the police force of the US in the first place Australia has a similar treaty with the US but they didn't detain Meng when she was there nor did Mexico who has also a similar treaty with the US Canada got itself into this mess
