How on God's green earth can any sane human being do that? #3. They prevented parents from going in to rescue their kids to the point of using tasers on them. #4. Yes, without restriction. Therefore, there is no requirement for Trump to formally declassify anything; the fact that he had them in his possession makes them automatically declassified. The court was probably trying to cover Clinton's hiney, but set a precedent that they have to abide by now.
