  1.  @rickmcconnell5093  There is precedent for calling these platforms publishers; they certainly have been editing their content. There is also a precedent for calling them a public forum, since a judge ruled that Trump can't block anyone from posting in his Twitter feed since Twitter is the equivalent of a town square, so blocking someone deprives them of their right to free speech. Whatever happens, the government needs to make a decision one way or the other, and I honestly don't know which would be better. I would like to see the government go after all of them, along with Mastercard, PayPal, Patreon, and the big banks for acting as a cartel to simultaneously deprive individuals of their ability to make a living at their chosen - and legal - profession, not to mention the ability to transact ordinary, everyday, and perfectly legal business and personal transactions.
