@Just one more thing Lots of people work at Walmart, most of them white. The blacks who can't get out of the ghetto, even with the wealth of affirmative action programs, are the ones who insist on wearing their pants around their knees and refuse to speak English. A former black mayor of Boston pointed this out a few years ago. Conformity is anathema to them, and the get what deliberate nonconformity usually gets you - ostracized by the people who do the hiring and rightly so. Societies everywhere have always ostracized those who refuse to fit in.
