  2. Pragmatic Constitutionalist Party Putin allows the Russian people to keep a clamp on the Muslim population. Notice that in Russia, they don't tend to make big stinks like they do here and in Europe, because the people won't stand for it. In fact, Muslims who make trouble get quick beat-downs from big Russian men.
