  2. If she delivers packages all the time like she described, she might not have known. It sounds like a mafia-like situation where they don't tell the delivery people; those people aren't important enough, plus they might blab.

  3. She was a courier. Does the UPS guy stick around after he delivers a package? She was doing a job; she said she delivers lots of packages. I doubt that she's important enough to be told what's in them. That's the most likely situation. If she's more than just a courier, that's different, but couriers aren't normally privvy to the contents, no matter who they work for.
