Especially as soon as she found out the name of Headley's charity. It wasn't on the list of invitees, and Lady Hussey would've known that. Combined with the woman's mishmashed African pseudonym and outlandish costume, she was probably trying to figure out how that strange woman got into the event.

  13. I don't think that's true. MOST women under 30 don't out earn MOST men under 30 except by choice on the men's part. Men are still the majority of construction workers, plumbers, electricians, factory workers, etc. The majority of women have minimum wage jobs in retail and fast food.

Just from what they've found in the Pentagon, we could cut their budget 99.99% and the Pentagon would still have more than enough money to do what they're supposed to be doing.

For many, their house is the lion's share of their net worth by virtue of property values in high population areas skyrocketing in the last few decades. In some areas of California, they've risen 1000% or more since the 70s.

The government told them that the current strain of covid is particularly "nasty" (their word) BECAUSE it doesn't make people sick (!) so of course they're increasing the lockdown so that people can't even walk their dogs. And the Australians are loving it.

In the area now known as the United States, major tribes had a practice of wiping out other tribes - genocide - which may or may not have had religious meaning. I have a hard time believing that when Central and South American civilization practiced human sacrifice, that there was no such practice in North America. I don't buy it.

In any case, cops who would wave violent demonstrators into the building under duress would be traitors. If what you said were true, those cops would deserve to be executed.

  42. Unless you're a very unusual man, you've seen a lot of women in makeup that you thought weren't wearing any. Most men can't tell unless the makeup is really obvious, like red lipstick. I first noticed this in high school, when a girl in the restroom said that her boyfriend preferred girls without makeup, like her. We were shaking our heads, because she was wearing a full face of makeup that looked obvious to us: foundation, blusher, mascara, blue frosted eyeshadow, and pink frosted lipstick. And yet her boyfriend didn't see it. I started paying attention after that, and it's true more than you think.

  45. As a historian, you might be interested to know that vigilatism was the law in Anglo-Saxon England. Families were responsible for exacting justice on the offenders from other families. The law outlined what you were allowed to do to the criminal. In a case like this, you probably couldn't do anything more interesting to the offender than hand them over to the Church, who had all kinds of entertaining things to do to people like this.

  47. My family came from Czechoslovakia, but Ukraine is less free than Russia and more violent and more authoritarian. The people of Ukraine should have been concerned for the 15,000 Ukrainians murdered by their own government for the last EIGHT YEARS. The Ukrainian government has been shelling the eastern part of the country for that long. Children there don't even remember a time when they could play outside in safety. The people of Ukraine should have been concerned for the people of Crimea after Ukraine dammed up the main source of water going into Crimea eight years ago, causing an eight year drought. Crimeans have only had running water for 4 to 6 hours a day for the last eight years. Wars have been fought over less. Egypt right now is threatening war with Ethiopia over a similar thing. Putin has been patient to a fault. I wouldn't have been. Did the people of Ukraine show the smallest amount of humanity toward their fellow Ukrainians or Crimea? No. Not one bit. They can suck it up now. They deserve it.

  48. Same here. Both my husband and I were raised by parents who grew up during the depression. We grew up with the expectation that nobody was going to take care of us except ourselves. Raised the kids the same way and they turned out great beyond my hopes. I don't know who they're talking about in this video and comments section, but it isn't me or mine.

Ukraine also claimed that Russia destroyed the maternity hospital, but it turned out that Ukraine artillery did it, according to the model who was in the hospital having her baby. Reuters published an article saying that she blamed Russia, but she said that was a lie.

It's quite dodgy when you start thinking about how much she takes in salary, the total number of £ spent on expenses (including her salary), and how much is left over. About £300k taken in, £100k expenditures, and £200k left over. That's just one year. Where's all of the extra money? What does she do with it?
