  2. My son got caught in the web of a woman like Amber Heard. It took 14 years for him and their son to get free. Miracle of miracles, she suddenly made several bad mistakes that exposed her real nature to the court. This is a woman who went to jail for trying to kill her first ex, but somehow that wasn't relevant. Just like JD's lawyers weren't allowed to bring up JD's exes to testify for him until Amber herself brought up Kate Moss. It isn't right. Someone's past has everything to do with how they would be expected to behave in the present.

  3. It's too late. You only have a certain amount of time to bring charges, and the time limit is long past for JD. That doesn't mean, though, that one of her more recent partners might not do it.

  4. I've read conflicting things about this. On the Virginia state website, it states that either you have to put down a surety of the whole amount owed, OR some clerk or judge can decide how much you need to put down. So in other words, some doofus clerk can decide she only has put down a few hundred bucks and she's good to appeal.
