She "lost" (cough, cough) the photo, the only evidence that she had ever met him, when his lawyers wanted it examined for authenticity, so her case disappeared, too. She would have taken $1 to make it all go away.

She couldn't bring criminal charges because there's no proof that Prince Andrew did what she said. None. Now she and her lawyers have "lost" the photo that showed her and Andrew together, as soon as his lawyers asked for it to be authenticated. Interesting, huh? It was the only thing that might have proved they had ever even met. The chances are that if anyone is guilty, it's her, of fraud and extortion.
