The US ranks 10th in fatalities by mass shootings. France, Switzerland, Finland, Slovakia, Belgium, and the Czech Republic all have had more fatalities by mass shootings per capita than the US. Look it up on Population Review. Also, this woman already had a long rap sheet, so there's no way that she got that gun legally.
