  1.  @John77Doe  Not likely. Russia has been working to be self-sufficient. They've also been working for years to back their currency with gold, unlike our currency, which is backed by nothing. Russia doesn't need us. They'll be fine. They have many natural resources like oil, and they have so much that they export. They also trade with other countries in other currencies, so they don't need the dollar.

  2. Russia has been working for years to back their currency with gold, so if any banks go bankrupt, it's more likely to be western banks. We are shooting ourselves in the foot with the sanctions.
