  2. Nearly all mass murderers in this country in the last 50 years were either currently or had recently been on anti-depressants. In some people, especially teenagers, anti-depressants can cause psychotic episodes. My husband's doctor put him on an antidepressant for high blood pressure without telling him what it was and he started having urges to go postal at work.

  3. That's not usually the case with mass murderers. In the US, nearly all mass murderers in the last 50 years were currently or had recently been on anti-depressants. Anti-depressants cause psychotic episodes in some people. It happened to my husband, but he quit taking them when he realized there was a problem, but a local veteran shot up a supermarket; he had begged his doctor to take him off the meds but the doctor didn't listen.
