  1. Really? Have you been living under a rock? Every decision that allows more power to the government takes power from the people. One of the biggest problems, as well, is allowing police and sheriff's departments to operate without oversight. When violations of the law occur, usually only internal investigations are performed. 99.9999% of the time, they find that "department policy was followed." I've known cops locally (small town in the midwest) to get away with murdering unarmed people minding their own business in their own homes.
