Not interested in anything he has to say now. Hypocrite.

Assange didn't put lives at risk. The government did.

If Biden can't get it passed, that would tell me there are more decent-minded politicians in Congress than I thought.
44
Every bill should be about one topic only. It should be illegal to stick unrelated stuff into any bill.
41
God save the queen? So he doesn't know what country this is or what year it is. Perfect. 😮
40
She said herself that she changes depending on who her audience is. She just says what she thinks you want to hear. Wormtongue.
35
So the Biden White House is defending Pence. That tells me that Trump is right, as if I didn't know before.
20
The cost of tuition has skyrocketed for the same reason that housing is high in college towns: government money. Pell grants, student loans.
17
You live in Bizarro World. Why don't you come back to the real world for a minute and see what's really going on?
14
@marjorie failure green Wow. Were you hypnotized or something? If Fauci said that the sky was red with green polka dots, you'd believe it? He made medical experiments on foster children without informing the parents or providing follow up medical care, but I suppose that's all right with you, too? You're a monster.
12
The US has no right to point fingers in this regard. Wow.
11
Not just threatened, but did. The Pentagon admitted that we had more than two dozen military installations in Ukraine.
10
@auscrank Wrong. The Insurrection Act of 1807 is a United States federal law that empowers the president of the United States to deploy U.S. military and federalized National Guard troops within the United States in particular circumstances, such as to suppress civil disorder, insurrection, or rebellion. So remind me, did we have a dictator in 1807?
9
Yes. There's no law against it. I'm voting for Trump no matter what they do to him.
8
Judicial Watch has the police reports. Just because the city officials deny something doesn't mean they're telling the truth.
8
If the student loan interest weren't so high, people could repay the loans. I have $70k just in interest; it's more than the principal. My niece has the same problem. If not for the interest, my loan would be all paid off by now. As it is, I'll be dead before they are paid off.
8
If the mandate has no penalty, then no, you don't have to follow it. If it has penalties, then it has the force of government behind it and has the same effect as if it were law. Government regulations aren't laws either (passed by legislation and signed by the executive) but you can do hard prison time if you don't obey.
8
The Insurrection Act of 1807 empowers the president to call out the National Guard in the case of civil unrest or insurrection.
7
MAGA, baby! Trump 2024!
7
You don't have to wonder. It's all over the news all of the time, in every country. You can still get covid and you can still spread it.
7
In 2022, California had the highest number of non-business bankruptcy filings in the country, with 29,970 cases. Delaware has the highest number of business bankruptcy filings per 100,000 businesses, with 1,912 filings.
7
@scottlarsh3119 Me, too!
7
God Robot The CDC has stated on its website that only 6% of the people reported as dying of covid actually died of covid. 94% had an average of 2 to 3 other causes of death. So your 23,000 was actually 1,380, and since the average age of a covid death is 80+, and higher than the average age at death in this country, just how many people do you think die in LA every year in any case?
6
God Robot By the way, catching covid more than once is extremely rare. Here's a logic exercise: when you see an article claiming "something" about covid, do they actually give numbers, or is it just percentages at best? Then look up actual numbers yourself. For example, the media were claiming a couple of weeks ago that hospitals in Michigan were overwhelmed with covid patients. On the Michigan government's website, the actual number of hospitalized covid patients was 52 for the entire state. That includes Detroit, a very large city. 52. There were 10 more who were suspected of having covid, but hadn't been tested. Now use those brain cells and imagine 52 patients spread out through all of the hospitals in Michigan; does that sound to you like the hospitals were being overwhelmed? This happens every time. The claims by the media are spurious lies, then picked up by politicians and repeated in order to scare you. Almost every country is doing it.
6
How old are you, 12?
6
Only to a radical prog.
6
@jonmeyer7402 Not your state of being, but actions. There's a difference. Heterosexuality isn't a sin, but fornication is.
6
@Juliettenat The DOJ report? The Dems' DOJ? Have you been living in a cave?
5
That's a steaming pile and you know it. The federal government declined to charge him on this; and by the way, you can't appeal 10 times on the same conviction. And what conviction was that, pray tell? It would set an unbelievable precedent.
5
Yesterday, Putin offered to negotiate with Ukraine, but they refused out of hand. Why would Ukraine do that, when Ukraine citizens are fleeing in droves and soldiers are forcibly conscripting men off the streets to fight? Madness. There's something creepy going on in Ukraine that we don't know about.
5
Ikr? Wtaf?
5
This all could have been over in March of 2022. Russia and Ukraine were about to sign a peace agreement when the UK and the US stopped Zelensky from signing. So whose fault is it now? Hm?
5
Not this senior. Trump 2024!
4
Yes, and he isn't the only one. Just try saying that we don't and see how many people jump on you for being racist.
4
@benjaminclark4030 An impeachment isn't a criminal prosecution. An impeachment removes the person from office; it doesn't put him in jail.
4
So? Rust was a movie set. The laws regulating gun safety on movie sets are different from gun safety generally. Actors have NEVER been prosecuted in these cases, ever, because the legal burden is on the armorer, the gun safety expert on the set.
4
It's a dog and pony show. Not even a good show since they didn't invite Russia.
3
They were never Ukraine's nukes, they were Russia's. Ukraine didn't have any way to use them. Ukraine has broken every agreement it made with Russia by allowing the Pentagon and NATO to build 27 bioweapons labs in Ukraine (number provided by Victoria Neuland).
3
Oh, good, another 12-year-old in the audience.
3
Take a civics course.
3
I said at the beginning, laws regulating gun safety on movie sets are different from gun safety generally. Actors have NEVER been prosecuted in these cases, ever, because the legal burden is on the armorer, the gun safety expert on the set. Whatever you think of Baldwin, he never should have been charged in the first place.
3
They went into an active war zone. They had to know it was dangerous. Are we sure that the "humanitarian" kitchen staff was really just that? Doesn't that sound ludicrous?
3
Those are the packages that the thieves dumped out of the railroad cars.
3
She has a Ph.D. in literature or some such. Not an M.D.
3
@de6212 They were arrested in DC, and they knew that the system was out for blood (for a so-called insurrection where the cops are on video waving them into the building and nobody attacked police officers or anyone else). If you have video of conservatives attacking police officers at the Capitol, put links, because it didn't happen. Did. Not. Happen. The only violence was a cop who shot a woman. The 50 people who have been sentenced pled guilty because they knew that DC would make them pay dearly if they fought for their rights, and half of them didn't go to jail whatsoever. The guy who stole a beer got 20 days.
3
@inflation1139 That's exactly the point.
3
Well, not nothing. 20% of his net worth, according to Forbes.
2
Not so slowly.
2
@RestingBitchface7 Yes, because she's an admitted trafficker herself. This is just slight of hand to keep the focus off the Clintons and lots of other high-powered people who should be her targets but aren't. Ask yourself why.
2
The guy who said the words New World Order out loud? The guy who was probably involved in JFK's assassination? Geez.
