  1. It's been pretty obvious for a long time. Ask Trey Gowdy, who interrogated Lois Lerner about how she weaponised the IRS in order to swing the election. He said after the months-long dog and pony show that he never had any intention of bringing her, or anyone else involved, to justice, because they were his friends!
