  1. Home-made formula is super easy to make. My mother's entire generation did it. The only reason that the government doesn't want people to do it is because of lobbying by big manufacturers. If people today found out how easy and inexpensive it is to do it yourself, they would lose a lot of customers.

  9.  @joe.oneill  99% of babies would do just fine on a simple homemade formula. That would free up supplies for babies that need special formulas. If most babies had health problems requiring special formulas, then our gene pool would be in crisis.
