  1. Yes. It is the armorer's legal responsibility to maintain custody of the firearms at all times, to check the gun before use and personally hand to the actor. She didn't do any of that.

  2. Baldwin wasn't even THE producer. Thirteen producers are listed for that movie.

  3.  @iamzero2238  Real ammo wasn't supposed to be used. Real ammo isn't even supposed to be on the set. Some of the crew, including the armorer, were target shooting with live rounds, using the guns that the armorer was legally required to keep locked up.
