  6. We don't know if these guys were innocent. They were 20 year old men talking loudly in Arabic and wearing pro-Palestinian clothing. The shooter was hunting them. He knew who they were and where to find them. What do you want to bet that these three men were trouble-makers and had caused some grief? They weren't exactly keeping a low profile, were they?
