For years, this city has been the base from which Russian-lineage Ukrainians have been killed by the thousands. The Ukrainian government is the bad guy, here. And imagine if a hostile government built biological weapons labs and military bases just a few miles from your home, because that's what Ukraine and NATO has been doing to Russia.

That isn't what's going on here. Ukraine allowed bio weapons labs and NATO bases to be built within miles of Russia. It's the Cuban missile crisis all over again, but with Russia being threatened instead of the US.

@dgs3002 Not at all. Putin put off rescuing Donbas for years, and the probable successors to Putin are far more hard line and think Putin is too soft. If Putin goes, then you'll see a Russia that won't put up with the poo that the west has been giving them. Read what top-ranking Russian government officials say and you'll pray for Putin's continued good health.
