This only proves you have no idea what the process is, because you somehow think that the only process is what's in the presidents mind when making the decision. You have no idea that there is an actual process for doing something like this, things like going through a chain of command, having it first streamed through national security, department of defense, etc.. You think it's only his decision to make and that he doesn't have to check with anybody before doing so. You are so far gone down trumps rabbit hole there is no hope for you.
