  3.  No names Just Opinions  I remember the first couple days in Basic Training we were lined up for LOTS of vaccinations and then to "donate" blood. At the end of the line you receive a vaccination record you can't read. The Army was moving a lot of Trainees through the system and they didn't have time for our individual permission. It just happened. Until you earn some rank you're just a cog in the machine.
