  3. I’ve touched nuclear weapons when I was a US Army Military Policeman. They are quite real. Edit: Nit picking but, those bomb shadows were not etched, the person’s body absorbed the flash and the outline was burned into the background.

  7. A few years ago we brought a feral cat into our home. Her claws turned our couch into a rag and it's a really bad idea to try to pick her up. But she loves our dog and she purrs like a motor in our laps. And she doesn't have to use those sharp claws to kill small animals anymore.
