  1. One of the best things about being a cop is setting traps for idiots. I used to put a cheap lock on an expensive bicycle and catch thieves all day long. BTW: Watch for guys riding bikes slowly through your neighborhood. They could be on meth and looking for things to come back and steal. It’s a problem where I live right now. Neighborhood Watch! Report everything illegal or suspicious you see to the Police. Nobody is going to know it was you and you get a safer place for the people you love to live in.
