  1. It would be nice if the average American survives this emergency. Isn't that what government ultimately is for? Why are we not taxing the hell out of rich people? What good are they to our Great Nation in an emergency if they don't pay their fair (huge) share? No one wants the disgusting waste that trickles down from our betters. Make big businesses EARN their money by serving the people... us! Give the citizens the money and let businesses compete for their share. Give the rich NOTHING!
