Then released to the media. All complaints and disciplinary actions must be public domain. No Secrets! Personal matters with law enforcement are Different than other businesses. A higher standard must apply. The unions are far too powerful. The power and the knowledge must reside with the citizens! And put in the trunk of every single law enforcement vehicle at least everything a combat medic would have, teach officers how to use it and Require that they do so quickly.
