  3.  @ZeroOskul  I was a US Army Drill Sergeant. The first lesson we teach is that US military personnel are required... REQUIRED... to disobey any and all "unlawful orders", regardless of where they originated. A leftover from the atrocities of the Viet Nam war. If the President gives the military an unlawful order it will be disobeyed from the Pentagon on down. Presidents don't have the ability to sic the Army on the American people. If Trump had declared Martial Law he would have been ignored by the military. There was no emergency. The military knows Trump lost in a fair election. The Army will not stop US citizens exercising their Rights to peacefully protest.
