  1.  @chemaha1  The constitution needs to be interpreted. The Supreme Court will interpret that the intent of the 14th amendment refers to citizens and residents only. All constitutional rights do not extend to illegal aliens and temporary visa holders. No change of constitution required. Just clarity in interpretation.

Why not just state, all persons born in USA are citizens? The intent of "jurisdiction thereof" is to exclude illegal aliens and temporary visa holders. The court will uphold this interpretation.

Yes blue states tend to send more money to federal government on a nominal basis but the correct calculation is on a per capita basis because blue states simply have more people. Will probably galvanize the Shias and sunnis into an alliance as well. So you can add Iran and the like to the mix as well. Hence, more companies repatriating money and more new and old companies coming back to America. As I've already stated IRS collected more money than ever before in the history of the IRS. Regarding entitlements that you were paying into. That's the whole point. Stop paying into the entitlements and save that money instead. Republicans don't want a big brother government but instead we want you to have more control over your own money. It's not governments job to act as a baby daddy for all Americans.
