@burakonderuslu679 Turkey has same Islamist cultural mentality as Middle East.

@burakonderuslu679 You are living in a state of denial.

@mustafahakim1298 Wrong. Definitely Albania is the least religious muslim country. As for 🦃, no country that elects an Islamist for 20 years can ever be considered the least religious country. No country that turns Hagia Sophia into a mosque can be considered least religious. No country who's leader pursues an interest rate policy based on religious teachings can be considered least religious.

@mustafahakim1298 Lol what? Erdogan, who is winning elections for 20 years is one of the most religious leaders in the Muslim World. What are you talking about?

@ahmadfrhan5265 There is no catastrophic system. You are looking for a scapegoat to blame your own failures or to blame your country's failures, or to blame the failure of your society and of your culture etc. This is also a common tactic with young degenerate communists in the West who blame the "capitalist system" or the evil rich men for keeping them down and holding them back. When in reality there is no legitimate scapegoat that you are seeking. The failure lies in yourselves. It is an indictment of your culture, of your leadership, of your way of life, of your cultural values which are probably outdated, ancient, unappealing and easily outcompeted.

@precursors Bruh, Turkish President for the last 20 years is a devout Islamist. He base his entire country's interest rate policy on Islamic teachings. And he convert Sophia Hagia into a Mosque. The dude is a Religious fundamentalist and there's no way a guy like that can win elections for 20 years unless a country is Islamist.
2
@precursors Ofcourse a President is representative of their nation. That's literally what a President is. He represents the sentiments, values and policies of the majority of the nation. And his Islamist policies have been winning him elections for the last 20 years in Turkey.

EU needs to be very careful of who is grants accession. Look at the problems created by letting Hungary into the EU. Turkey has even more different value systems with the West than Hungary does. Letting an Islamist regime like Turkey into the EU will inevitably break the Union apart from the inside.
2
@precursors So it only took the Turks 20 years to realize they don't like his Islamist policies?

Turkey is quickly turning into a radical Islamist regime...

@spaniardecn7841 Erdogan chose the path to move away from liberalism towards Islamist authoritarianism. This is exactly what the EU were wary about. One thing you must understand is that Turkey every now and then has a pro Western leader but inevitably it always returns back to its Islamist authoritarian roots.

US and very recently China are the only superpowers in the World today. The rest are all regional powers. Not superpowers.

Turkey will collapse long before the EU. It is on the cusp of turning into a totalitarian Islamist regime. 🤣

@mustafahakim1298 Turks are Middle East/Central Asian in their mentality and culture. Every now and again they get a pro Western leader but mostly go back to radical Islamism.

Letting in Islamist regimes into a Western institution like the EU is a recipe for disaster. Turks are Middle East/Central Asian in their mentality and culture. Every now and again they get a pro Western leader but mostly go back to radical Islamism.
