You are 100% correct. In Western Europe their governments are their babysitters and nannies. Their governments feed them, clothe them, regulate them, even tell them what color paint they can paint their house. Their government also decide what food they can buy and tax their food, their card, tax everything. This is why our 2nd amendment is so important. In case US government starts thinking the people serve it instead of the other way around.
