You don't understand how real American laws work. They aren't p*ssy libtard laws like California or New York. These laws are meant to punish and deter and the law is very clear about it. This is a slam dunk case. If anyone is killed as a result of you committing a felony, YOU will be held responsible for it, regardless of whether the person killed is an innocent bystander, a victim or a criminal perpetrator. If you are committing a felony and someone dies, you are responsible for that death because nobody would have died if you and your buddies didn't commit the felony in the first place. This is Republican country and we vote our people in to write these exact same laws. It's called the felony murder law and this landwhale received 32 year sentence for second degree murder. Life is about choices. Be prepared to pay for any choices that you make.

@user-nx3ei5pl5h I said real American law, that is not a fake libtard law, like states where illegal aliens are given checks. The law is great. If a person is killed whilst you are in the commission of a felony, someone must be held responsible for that death and it certainly ain't going to be the victim. I love our laws. Felony murder law, castle doctrine, stand your ground law. Some of the greatest laws enacted by mankind. Actually these are natural laws that God himself has granted us and our states have just confirmed these God given rights.

The law is clear, and it's called felony murder law. If anyone dies as a result of you committing a felony, you will be held responsible for it.

@runkittyrunwow Yes, we vote for Republicans to write these laws. If someone dies whilst you are committing a felony, then you need to and WILL be held responsible for that death. Why? Because if it wasn't for your felony crime, nobody would have died in the first place. It's a great punishing deterrent law. Lending a car is not a felony crime. Using a car in the commission of an armed burglary is a felony crime.

@runkittyrunwow Oh, I see you twisted the story. He did not simply lend a car. The state argued, he wilfully lent a car to his friend with the specific intent to go and commit armed robbery, armed burglary which resulted in a murder. Saying to someone "use my car" to to go and commit an armed burglary that results in a murder most definitely makes you culpable. I wouldn't have given him the harsh sentence but he was offered a 10 year plea deal which he refused. Moral of the story: Don't get involved in any form of crime and immediately report to police.

@johnconnor4040 AR15 is a 223 Cal? I thought it was 556?

It's felony murder law. If someone dies, even if it's you, as a result of your felonious crime, you will be held responsible and charged for that death.

@runkittyrunwow Someone needs to be responsible for that death and it certainly is not going to be the homeowner. The law is overwhelmingly good for the most part. If you came to rob me and your friend killed me, why shouldn't you be held for murder? You are complicit! You both came to rob me, and just because he pulled the trigger doesn't make you less responsible.
