@thurmeez Again. You a fool. He has the same right to be there as anyone else. The same right that violent rioters have to be there, is the same right Rittenhouse has to be there. Rittenhouse was putting out fires and defending property. This is not only the job of police but a responsibility for every upstanding citizen to protect his community from arson, violence and damage. There is no law in America that says only police can put out fire or defend property. In any case the charges are for murder, so ALL this is irrelevant. The only STANDARD for murder charges is "would a reasonable individual feel he was in imminent danger at the moment he used deadly force." The answer is yes on every single count. Don't cry when he walks.

@TechieXP Yes you can't start an altercation and then claim self defense. But Kyle didn't start any altercation. The rioters started the altercation by burning, looting and destroying. You can't burn and loot and then cry that someone standing up against your criminal activity is starting an altercation.
