This is a drummed up narrative by the mainstream media and their leftwing acolytes. Certain communities just have a higher propensity for committing crime, whatever the reason may be. The higher the propensity and prevalence of crime, the more contact or physical interactions with police, the higher chance of things going wrong.

This is not unique to the USA and is the case for any country. Furthermore, what is completely unsubstantiated by you is the claim that mass migration of Central Americans is directly due to United States political support or favored candidates. That is simply not the case. Central Americans were poor before the United States even existed, and they're still poor long after the United States has been established.
