@Rareos Show me the NATO profit and loss statement. No. NATO is a defensive organisation that was created to counter Soviet and Russian aggression. Until Russia ceased its imperial wars of aggression and colonisation and Russification of its neighbours there will always be a role for NATO.

@eddieklotz9966 Quite the opposite. If Putin is allowed to succeed in his aggression he will eventually invade a NATO member state and full scale war will result. Appeasement of an aggressor leads to more aggression. That is one of the key lessons of WW2. Putin was planning the invasion of Ukraine for many years including the period that Trump was President.

@DarkArtsDeepDive Clearly Russia is a threat to US and European interests. Don't believe the Russian lies that this war is about NATO. It is a war of imperialism and conquest. NATO is merely a pretext. Thankfully NATO was not disbanded.
