That was one of the most disgusting things I've ever witnessed. I wish Zelensky had reminded them both that Russia has hundreds of nuclear weapons pointed at the US and if they side with Russia while even one nuke remains aimed at America then both of them are traitors to their nation. Calling them both out for siding with their enemy of 80 years would have made them look even stupider.

Your comment is a load of bollocks.
22
@SAMARTBO You can join Putin in the Hague as an accomplice.
9
@lancemaleski6077 You're a liar and your misinformation has been reported.
7
@kein370 They do not. You are lying.
5
He will get none of those. He's delusional.
4
That's a bold confession.
3
@michaelbarton4787 Even the Russian government admits North Korean troops are in Russia. How would you know better than them?
3
Economic coercion of Ukraine is a breach of the Budapest Memorandum. And here we have Trump breaching it live on tv. The US can never be trusted again.
2
Neither country caved into his demands. You are a brainwashed cult member if you believe that.
2
As an atheist I find this deeply distrubung. All claims that God exists are nonsense and constitute blasphemy against my atheism. The penalties for these religious nut jobs should be severe.
2
As much as I dislike Trump I think this is not a bad move. All he has to achieve is to divide the BRICS nations. Any split within the group will sink their challenge. The one most likely to crack first is China. They have the most to lose from 100% tarrifs. It would devaste their economy and pose a significant threat to CCP rule. Threats of tariff increases are a bit like Putin's nuclear threats. He doesn't have to use them as he knows most countries will still err on the side of caution.
2
That makes their actions far worse. Instead of making the world a safer place they are cozying up to an indicted war criminal. Shame on them both and their brainwashed acolytes.
2
If Russia is not stopped in Ukraine a much wider war is certain, probably leading to WW3. Let's hope Trump is less of a moron than seems obvious.
2
Trump sided with an indicted war criminal. He is the modern day Neville Chamberlain. Peace in our time? Appeasement is what will lead to WW3.
2
The NATO-RUSSIA founding act 1997 totally contradicts Sacks argument. He's relying on hearsay, while a document exists that clearly states all former Soviet Republics can choose to join any alliance of their choosing, including NATO.
2
@JesusDiaz-o2t You can Google it and read the document. Spare me the Russian propaganda as I have taken the time to read it.
2
@BANN763 Absolute rubbish. Russia alone started the war in Ukraine. You're a liar.
2
@stevepi1 Ukraine still exists and is holding it's own. Appeasement of Russia and rewarding their aggression will have the same results as in WW2. If the US had not slow-walked military aid and if the Republicans had not blocked assistance for 10 months Ukraine would be in a far stronger position.
2
How do you deescalate against a nation that has stated it wants Ukraine and all of Eastern Europe under its control? Russia started this war and has given no indication it wants peace. What you are proposing is appeasement. Have you learnt nothing from WW2? It's naive beliefs like yours that will lead to a far bigger conflict.
2
@pgr3290 Russian propaganda has been hard at work creating and amplifying those divisions. They've been at war with the democracies for years and it won't end until they're finally confronted and defeated.
2
You know things are going really bad for Russia whenever their bots come out in force. Lies and propaganda is all they have.
1
@michellelewis3063 Except that no-one has placed missiles in Ukraine. And Ukraine's application to join NATO was rejected. Russia has no justification for the invasion of Ukraine. None. In defending them you are supporting their numerous war crimes. Have you no shame?
1
@MnemonicCarrier Russia is a terrorist state and anyone supporting them is a terrorist sympathiser.
1
@stevejones4275 Russia has been the aggressor for centuries. Ribbentrop-Molotov pact was responsible for much of WW2.
1
@stevejones4275 Russia has centuries of invading and committing genocide on other countries. You Russians are not even proud enough to use your Russian name. All you trolls have generic Western names. Your massive inferiority complex is showing.
1
They're giving an analysis of the risks based on their knowledge and experience. Given that Russia has invaded several nations in the recent past, I'd listen to them rather than some random nobody like you.
1
Russia is most definitely the enemy. They have hundreds of nuclear weapons pointed at the West and have stayed clearly they want to retake control of all of Eastern Europe. You are either a Russian agent or the enemy within that you speak of.
1
@Brian-om2hh The US did. President Biden did not give his own money.
1
Putin is a terrorist who leads a terrorist state. Peace can only return after Russia is comprehensively defeated.
1
You're spreading Russian misinformation and promoting their terrorism.
1
No. It's Trump showing the world he has severe mental health issues.
1
Why are you Russians so ashamed to use your Russian name? Who says Ukraine is ever going to leave Kursk? They may choose to Annex it to protect the locals from the Putin regime.
1
My guess is you have no idea. Russia would never strike the UK because of MAD.
1
Thanks for the laugh. Trump could always release his academic records or take that IQ test he suggested every President should take on the Joe Rogan podcast. Any guess why he won't do either?
1
@BadwolfFPV He only appears that way to his even lower IQ supporters. Just consider his absolutely stupid remarks blaming Zelensky for Putin's invasion. As I wrote previously he can always prove his intelligence but chooses to hide his academic records and will not do an IQ test.
1
Russian disinformation.
1
@Dr_MKUltra Leave Ukraine alone vatnik
1
Yes, just like that wall the Mexicans paid to have built during his last term?
1
Issuing threats is a sure sign of weakness. Putin knows his days are numbered.
1
You do not speak for New Zealanders. Your name suggests you're a brainwashed Indian stooge.
1
@LillyJacob-l6r Appeasement emboldens aggressors like Putin. Have you learnt nothing from WW2? Foolish arguments like yours will lead to WW3.
1
@Fload.Ritlhe Nonsense. The USSR left Afghanistan just as the US did. Russia does not have the military or economic power to hold their gains. You're spewing Russian propaganda.
1
You seem unconcerned at all that Russia has invaded and ethnically cleansed dozens of nations and ethnic groups over many centuries. Portraying them as the victim is intellectually dishonest. Russia's neighbours have a right to security, sovereignty and freedom. That's international law and it's in the UN Charter. Russia has no right to control 200 million people in Eastern Europe who want to live free of their tyranny. They want nothing to do with Russia. What you're proposing is a form of appeasement to Russian aggression. Have you learnt nothing from WW2? If living under Russian tyranny is ok for Ukrainians and others, it must be ok for you too. So don't be a hypocrite, jump on the next flight to Russia.
1
@qetoun No. Fox news and all the other right wing media constantly lying for him won the election. On his own Trump is just another mental patient.
1
@MnemonicCarrier BS. More drilling took place during Biden's term. Facts are not a maga strong point to say the least.
1
Who are 'they'?
1
You misspelled it. It's MGGA: Make Gaza Great Again. Meanwhile, millions of Americans remain homeless and unable to pay their bills. But don't worry there will be very good housing in Gaza. Trump says so.
1
Keeping the Western world safe from the dictators, terrorists and war criminals that ran the nation's you listed. Seems you never met a terrorist you didn't like.
1
It's the displacement of millions of Palestinians that's bizarre. Do you support ethnic cleansing/genocide?
1
@JesusDiaz-o2t First you make a false claim that the Soviet Republics were required to be neutral. Then you ask for a link to the document. How could you know what the document contains without first reading it? You can easily Google it. It's called the NATO-RUSSIA founding act 1997. It reaffirms the sovereignty of all relevant nations and sets the basis for the relationship between NATO and Russia. A fair reading of the document would be that NATO and Russia did not regard each other as threats as relations had warmed significantly from the cold war era. Russia signed this with no concern about which countries would join NATO. And likewise NATO signed it without concern about which former Soviet Republics would join Russia in any future alliances such as the CSTO. Now, if you have a brain, Google it and read it for yourself.
1
@JesusDiaz-o2t And if you bother to reply, be sure the quote the specific clause or clauses in the document that explicitly state that former Soviet Republics, including Ukraine, are required to remain neutral. If you don't quote the relevant clause number(s), you will be proving my point.
1
Did you miss the bit about Palestinians being forcibly removed? So you support ethnic cleansing?
1
You will see how wrong you are if Russia is foolish enough to attack a NATO member.
1
Trump is a compulsive liar. Those Middle Eastern countries could come forward and announce their support if they really did support this type of ethnic cleansing/ genocide.
1
@rightlyso8507 Good way to demonstrate your low IQ and racism in a single post.
1
This is Russian misinformation that promotes terrorism.
1
@curiositycloset2359The media is owned by billionaires who are covering for him. Unfortunately, Trump really is as dumb as dog shit. And if the oligarchy didn't own the media he would be in prison, where he belongs.
1
@stevepi1 Try pressuring the aggressor, Putin.
1
@brandonhallam51 The US has only intervened in Europe when it has been in its national interest. Being the global superpower allowed the US to dictate security arrangements in Europe. The US and Europe have a mutual enemy: Russia. If you're in doubt, just think of the hundreds of nuclear weapons aimed at you. The US has just lost its leadership role as no one can trust a country that turns on its allies.
1
@stevepi1 Not a flawed assumption. It's understanding what lessons can be drawn from history. You are the one making all kinds of assumptions. Appeasement rewards the aggressor and emboldens them to continue doing what brings them rewards. Putin has already launched several invasions. None were punished. All resulted in him gaining something. So he continues invading. These are the facts. Your opinion is irrelevant. The evidence is already in. If you don't understand this, you're not very bright. The dangers this time are even greater because of nuclear weapons.
1
@stevepi1 Medvedev and others have stated several times that they're taking the war to Berlin, London etc. Putin stated he wants all the former Soviet Republics that are now NATO members to come under Russia's sphere of influence. It was one of his conditions in the lead up to the 2022 invasion. As a supporter of the Russian invasion, you are an accomplice to their war crimes.
1
@johnbuterbaughsr.933 I hate lying Russian trolls who help Russia commit war crines and genocide. I suspect you are one of those trolls. If you feel the need to defend Russian atrocities maybe you shoukd go and live there.
1
You believe it only as long as you're not the one suffering the unjust peace. What you are proposing is appeasement. Have you learnt nothing from WW2?
1
@lesigh1749 Nonsense. Anyone with a brain knows that if you appease an aggressor they will respond with more aggression. We also know that Russia has made it clear it wants to retake control of all of Eastern Europe. Numerous Russian government officials have stated this and it was a part of Putin's conditions in the prelude to this invasion of Ukraine. The Russian state controlled media has also made this abundantly clear. What part of that do you not understand? Your disregard for the rights of Ukrainians and other Eastern Europeans to self determination is disgusting. You are an appeaser. You've learnt nothing from WW2. Like Neville Chamberlain you falsely believe that a document and a claim of peace in our time will deter Russia. You refuse to listen to what Russia is saying and doing. They have already invaded Ukraine twice, breaching the Budapest Memorandum and international law and the UN charter. They've also invaded Georgia, Moldova and others. Yet you keep defending their aggression. Your support for Russia makes you an accomplice to their crimes. Try and develop some morals and learn to think rationally before you comment in future.
