  1. Currying favour with China will not do them much good if they get into a war with Iran. China just doesn't have the blue water navy that's needed to cone to their rescue, even if they wanted to. Iran has the drones needed to destroy a large chunk of the Saudi oil industry within weeks. The countries that need the oil had best start preparing for such a scenario. I'm thinking of the EU especially, and much of South East Asia and South Asia.
