  3. Russia is a failed state. Their aggression will not end until defeated and disarmed. NATO cannot let the war go on as it has done. It should intervene to protect itself, Ukraine and global food security. Peace is impossible with the current Russian state. Time to bite the bullet and get the job done.

  6. Correct. The shipments would go from Ukranian waters to international waters in the Black Sea and out to the world. An attack by Russia would be an attack on the nation's escorting those shipments and an attack on the countries receiving the grain. I don't think Russia has the capability to do it. It's just another part of their information war.
