Russia has never been in a war where as invader its opponent is being supplied unlimited arms by the largest and most powerful nation and military alliance in human history. It is hopelessly outmatched and faces far superior technology, training and tactics. Also, what is Russia going to fight back with? Much of their military equipment and infantry has already been destroyed or captured by Ukraine. Their combat power is less than 50% compared to the start of the war and as PZ stated, their capacity to manufacture the weapons they need has stopped due to sanctions. The writing is on the wall. Russia is heading for certain defeat. It's just a matter of time now.
