  1. Surely it will not be practical for the Russian Black Sea fleet to escort civilian ships carrying oil and grain out of Russia. There's just too many ships that will need to be escorted and the Russian escort ships will be sitting ducks. Also, by being escorted by the Russian navy, those oil and grain ships will become legitimate military targets for Ukraine. Ukraine should follow through on this immediately. Russian economic collapse has been inevitable but this will just speed it up and help end the war.
