@hoodootheclown929 Intelligent person who is talking sincerely and expressing his own thoughts, like MTG for example, doesn't need the notes, possibly written by somebody else. You call it "He was prepared". I call it "He's a puppet talking as a parrot". The difference between this pathetic guy and MTG is the same as the difference between Biden and D. Trump.
