  5. Globalisation has ultimately over the long term hollowed out the West. Immigration is capitalism importing an over supply of labour in, which is a race to the bottom particularly for the working class. Capitalism will never ever invest in training or increase pay and conditions if it just fly in labour. China is only strong because we let international finance move our manufacturing base there.
